Broad Trip (2026) is a comedy film directed by Yan-Kay Crystal Lowe, starring Sophia Bush, Lauren Holly, Steve Guttenberg, and Hamza Haq. The story follows Alice, a buttoned-up daughter who organizes a bachelorette road trip with her impulsive mother, Jeanie, hoping to convince her not to marry a man she has only just met. What begins as an unconventional journey becomes an opportunity for the mother and daughter to reconnect, confront old wounds, revisit complicated relationships, and rediscover their bond.
Blending family comedy, road-trip adventures, and heartfelt moments, Broad Trip explores the complexities of family relationships, the importance of second chances, and the unexpected ways life can change our plans. With Alice and Jeanie navigating their differences along the way, the film delivers a humorous and emotional story about motherhood, personal choices, reconciliation, and understanding one another.
Written by Chelsea Davison, Broad Trip features performances by Sophia Bush as Alice and Lauren Holly as Jeanie, alongside Steve Guttenberg and Hamza Haq. The 2026 comedy is presented in 1080p WEBRip quality with 5.1 surround sound, providing high-definition visuals and an immersive audio experience for viewers who enjoy contemporary comedy films, family-centered stories, and entertaining road-trip movies.
