About this video
Fist of Legend (1994) is a classic Hong Kong martial arts action film starring Jet Li in one of his most celebrated performances. Set in 1930s Shanghai, this intense martial arts drama follows Chen Zhen, a skilled Chinese martial artist who returns to his school after learning that his Japanese teacher has died under suspicious circumstances. Determined to uncover the truth, Chen Zhen confronts prejudice, betrayal, and dangerous enemies while defending his master's honor and the dignity of his fellow students.
Directed by Gordon Chan, Fist of Legend features Jet Li as Chen Zhen, alongside Shinobu Nakayama, Chin Siu-ho, Billy Chow, and Yasuaki Kurata. Inspired by the legendary martial artist character previously portrayed in Fist of Fury, the film presents its own powerful interpretation of Chen Zhen's struggle against injustice during a period of rising tensions between China and Japan.
Renowned for its precise choreography, spectacular hand-to-hand combat, and intense martial arts sequences, Fist of Legend combines traditional kung fu techniques with compelling storytelling and themes of loyalty, national pride, courage, and resistance. Jet Li's performance and the film's expertly staged fight scenes have helped establish it as an influential entry in Hong Kong action cinema.
Experience Fist of Legend (1994) in 1080p BluRay quality, featuring the film's memorable martial arts battles, dramatic confrontations, and classic kung fu action.
